I’m Olle. I live in R\u00f6st\u00e5nga, and S\u00f6der\u00e5sen has been my backyard for many years. Certified guide through Naturum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For me, running and hiking aren’t about performance \u2013 they’re about coming back. To the step. To the breath. To the stillness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That’s the feeling I want to share with you.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

S\u00f6der\u00e5sen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

S\u00f6der\u00e5sen breathes ancient time. Stone meets stillness. Mist meets light. Beneath the vaulted beech canopy run paths worn by hunters, herders and wanderers \u2013 long before us. The forest remembers. And when you walk here, you begin to remember too: what it feels like to be part of the world, not just to look at it. At S\u00f6der\u00e5sen, everything is about reconnecting \u2013 with the ground, with the rhythm, with the stillness between breaths. The wild here isn’t dangerous. It heals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
