1. General
These terms apply to purchases by consumers on soderasentrail.se. We sell and deliver only within the EU. Prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK). No VAT is charged.
2. The audio guide (digital content)
The audio guide is unlocked for SEK 49 immediately after payment and works on up to three devices. Before you pay, you consent to the content being delivered immediately and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal thereby ends (Swedish Distance Contracts Act, Chapter 2, Section 11, point 11). Your consent is confirmed in the receipt.
2a. Audio guide gift cards
The gift card costs SEK 49 and gives one unlock of the audio guide, valid on up to three devices. You receive it as a PDF by email immediately after payment, with a personal code.
- Validity: 12 months from the date of purchase. The last valid date is printed on the card.
- Redemption: The code can be redeemed once, by whoever holds it. It cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed in part.
- Right of withdrawal: You may withdraw from the gift card purchase within 14 days as long as the code has not been redeemed. Once redeemed, section 2 applies.
- Lost code: Contact [email protected] with your receipt. We will block the old code and send a new one, provided the old code has not been redeemed.
- If the audio guide is discontinued: If we stop offering the audio guide before the card expires, we will refund unredeemed codes.
3. Clothing, caps and posters
The goods are printed on demand by our subcontractor Printful, printing in Latvia or Spain. Delivery time is approx. 1–2 weeks. Right of withdrawal: You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods. Contact [email protected]. You pay the return shipping yourself. We refund you within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal, but we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.
4. Payment
You pay by card, Klarna, Apple Pay or Google Pay via Stripe.
5. Complaints
You have the right to complain about defects for three years under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. Contact us within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.
6. Disputes
We follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), www.arn.se.
