Recipients: Stripe (payment), Klarna, Printful (printing and delivery), HostUp (web hosting, Sweden), Google (Gmail). Stripe may transfer data to the USA on the basis of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Meta Pixel (marketing, only with consent)
If you consent to marketing cookies, we use the Meta Pixel. Information about your visit is then sent to Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd: which pages you visit, whether you add something to the cart or make a purchase (and the order value), your IP address, browser and cookie ID. The purpose is to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram and to show ads to people who may be interested. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time under “Cookie settings“. We and Meta are joint controllers for the collection and transfer to Meta. Meta is responsible for its own further use of the data. Meta may transfer data to the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We do not use Meta’s Conversions API or Advanced Matching, so we do not send your name, email or phone number to Meta.
Your rights: You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to object to processing. You may withdraw your consent at any time. You can lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), www.imy.se.
Newsletter
If you sign up for our newsletter, we use your email address to send news about the audio guide, new stops, clothing and offers from Söderåsen Trail. The legal basis is your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every mailing or by emailing [email protected]. We will then stop sending newsletters and remove your address from the list. We keep the address for as long as you are subscribed. The list is managed in MailPoet, a plugin on our website, and stored with our web host HostUp in Sweden.
